My research interests broadly include land-cover and land-use change, human-environment interactions and geo-health. Currently, my research focuses on geospatial analysis of malaria risk in Southeast Asia.
I received my Ph.D. in Geographical Sciences and an MS in Conservation Biology & Sustainable Development from the University of Maryland.
I was the Center Manager for the International Center for Innovation in Geospatial Analytics and Earth Observation.
